The presence of Seraphim can have visible effect on our visible world. Isaiah had this vision when at the temple. Was the temple he saw the earthly temple or the heavenly one? We do not really know, but my opinion is that it was on earth. The reason why I believe it was an earthly vision, is that in verse three the seraphim had just finished crying, " the whole earth is full of His glory"……. Read the book of Isaiah 6:4
